Below is the schedule of when orders will ship based on Order Cut-Off dates and prodcution schedules. It is important to ensure you have your order placed before midnight EST of the Order Cut-Off date to ensure your order ships out as per the schedule below. Any orders not placed by the cut-off date will automatically batch with the next cut-off date. All prodcuts are made to order, meaning they are produced in batchs as per the schedule below.
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind as the global supply chain challenges continue. Stock shortages are a real possibility. In the event, this occurs we will notify you at the order cut off date of an ETA of any of the item(s) you order and their expected delivery date. Otherwise if you do not hear from us you can assume your order will be fufilled according to the delivery schedule below.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS, and ship from Ingersoll, Ontario.
